From scattered files to a clear decision

Three steps.
Nothing lost between them.

Built for the moment when a few supplier quotes
turn into a surprisingly complicated spreadsheet.

01 / Bring them together

Upload your quotations.

Add a PDF or Excel file for each supplier. Read the source text right beside the details you’re checking.

02 / Check what matters

Put them on equal terms.

Confirm item matches, pack sizes and purchase quantities. Missing information stays visible.

03 / Make your next move

Take a clear comparison.

See complete costs and open questions. Export a workbook with the evidence attached to each item.

A little more context. A better decision.

Before you compare

A few good
questions.

The details behind the details.

How do I compare quotations with different quantities?

Set the quantity you actually need, then check every supplier against it. QuoteRow flags shortages and quantities that differ from the quoted order. It does not assume a bulk price remains valid for a smaller purchase.

Can I compare boxes, packs and individual units?

Yes. Confirm the number of units in each pack. For example, 10 boxes containing 10 notebooks each can be compared with 100 individual notebooks. Unknown pack sizes stay marked for review.

Which files can I use?

Upload 2–5 text-based PDF or XLSX quotations, up to 4 MB each. PDFs can have up to 20 pages. Image-only scans, password-protected files and legacy .xls files are not supported.

What happens when delivery or tax details are missing?

Missing charges are shown as unknown. A quote with unknown delivery costs or an unconfirmed tax basis is excluded from the lowest complete total. This version compares USD quotations with line prices excluding tax.

Does the tool automatically read my prices?

When automatic extraction is available, you can request AI extraction and then review its suggestions. Otherwise, read the extracted document text alongside the entry form. All comparisons require your confirmation of the details and item matches.

What is included in the Excel export?

Three worksheets: the supplier comparison, source references and assumptions, and unresolved review notes. Incomplete totals are clearly identified so the workbook keeps the context behind the numbers.
