What you purchase
A $5 AI Comparison Pass provides five successful AI quotation extractions. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Manual entry, comparisons and Excel exports are free. Credits have no scheduled expiry while the service remains available.
Credit use and access
Each successful extraction uses one credit; repeating an extraction uses another credit. Failed or timed-out extractions return the reserved credit. We identify your access with a browser cookie. Download and keep your private access key to recover unused credits on another browser. Anyone holding the key can use your balance. Comparison documents are not saved with your credits.
Check your sources
Only upload files you are authorized to use. AI output may be inaccurate. Confirm all extracted fields, quantities, units, prices and delivery terms before using a comparison. QuoteRow does not approve purchases, guarantee savings or replace professional financial or legal advice.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of an entirely unused pass within 14 days of purchase. If a technical fault prevents delivery, contact support with the receipt and a description of the problem. Used passes are reviewed individually for technical defects and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds revoke the remaining credits for that pass. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Payments
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Card details are entered on Creem’s hosted checkout and are not stored by QuoteRow. Payment receipts and billing support information are provided at checkout.
