This page describes what this version of QuoteRow actually does with your quotation files.
Reading your files
PDF and XLSX files are uploaded to the application server and read in memory. The application does not write original documents to disk or a database. Extracted text is returned to your browser, where it is held for the current comparison. Reloading the page clears that comparison.
Optional AI extraction
If automatic extraction is enabled, it runs only when you select “Extract with AI”. Extracted document text is sent through the server to the configured AI service. That provider’s retention and processing policies apply. This application cannot promise that a third-party provider keeps no logs or uses no data for training.
Generating an export
Your confirmed quotation details, source references and purchase quantities are sent to the application server to generate an Excel workbook in memory. The downloaded workbook contains those details; share it only with people who should see the supplier information.
Payment records, access and server logs
A necessary, HTTP-only browser cookie identifies your purchased AI credits. The server stores a hash of your private access key, order and checkout identifiers, credit balances, extraction reservation identifiers and payment event identifiers in its billing database. It does not store quotation text or AI output in that database. Creem receives checkout and billing information, including the email you enter at checkout; card details stay with the payment provider. We do not run advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may maintain request and error logs. The application does not intentionally log document contents or API keys. Billing records are retained for payment reconciliation and support; contact the published support address for privacy requests, subject to required retention.
Using sensitive documents
Use documents you are authorized to process. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before uploading. Quotation comparisons are aids for review; confirm prices, specifications and terms with your suppliers before ordering.
